We are a local family run business, owned and operated by Steve and Margaret Leal. Steve started his plumbing career as an apprentice at the age of 18, becoming a licensed journeyman plumber by 22. During his younger years, Steve worked for different companies learning the many aspects of plumbing. This gave him the valuable experience that encouraged them to launch their own company – All Purpose Plumbing!
