Having previously worked for plumbing companies that hired salesmen who could also perform basic plumbing services, Adam felt frustrated with the stress of meeting quotas instead of meeting the customers’ needs. In 2013, with a simple “Professional Plumbing” sign for advertising, Adam started a small side business and made it a point to focus on his customers’ experience and satisfaction – resulting into a quickly growing business that is currently the highest rated plumbing company in Charleston. Offering better service than the competition, Professional Plumbing is never the cheapest, but never the most expensive – “Earning your business does not mean earning your money.”
